Corroded Pipes
This occurs when pipes are gradually broken down by environmental influences, such as chemicals, oxygen levels and water minerals. Corrosion can happen inside and outside the pipe. You may see discolor water or smell a foul smell from your water if your pipes are corroded. SJ PRO can replace all corroded pipes.
Broken or Fractured pipe
This can occur when there's too much pressure caused by a clog. Hair, oil, toilet paper, and or food are common clogs. Signs of a fracture or broken pipe are

*If a broken pipe happens, you should find your main water supply, and shut it off. If you wait to long you may have a flooded room.
Frozen Pipe
Pipes can freeze when exposed to freezing temperatures for a long period of time. When the water freezes it will expand the pipe, and in some cases cause the pipe to burst. Letting your faucet drip cold water, can help your pipes not to freeze. Pipes can unfreeze themselves; you will hear sounds like banging, or gurgling as they thaw.
